These workouts consist of group instruction of 3-6 athletes designed for athletes to work on their individual skill set alongside and against other competitive athletes.
Set schedule for 5-12 weeks
Year Round Training: New Year Workouts, Spring Workouts, Summer Workouts, Fall Workouts, Winter Workouts

Scheduling is first come first serve. An athlete can attend one workout per week, two workouts per week, none, etc. There are no limits on scheduling.
