WORKOUT OPTIONS

WHO: All Athletes (3rd Grade - College/Pro)

WHAT: Private instruction designed to fit each players’ specific needs.

WHEN: January - December

WHY: To work on specific skills or weaknesses; to receive 1:1 coaching; to get maximal repetitions; to get better and build overall confidence.

WHO: All Athletes (3rd Grade - College/Pro)

WHAT: Group instruction of 3-6 athletes designed for athletes to work on their individual skill set alongside and against other competitive athletes.

WHEN: New Year (January - February), Spring (March - May), Summer (May - August), Fall (September - November), Winter (November - December).

WHY: To work on specific skills; to work on making correct reads (decision making) against other athletes in live play situations; to get gamelike repetitions; to workout in a team environment; to get better and build overall confidence.
