What do you offer for training?

1. Group Workouts

  • These workouts consist of group instruction of 3-6 athletes designed for athletes to work on their individual skill set alongside and against other competitive athletes.

  • Set schedule for 5-12 weeks

  • Year Round Training: New Year Workouts, Spring Workouts, Summer Workouts, Fall Workouts, Winter Workouts

  • Price:

  • Drop In ($35)

  • 5 Workouts ($162.50)

  • Scheduling is first come first serve. An athlete can attend one workout per week, two workouts per week, none, etc. There are no limits on scheduling.

  • Availability / Schedule / Book

2. Private Workouts

  • These workouts consist of private instruction designed to fit each players’ specific needs.

  • Our availability is figured on Sundays for the upcoming week and then sent out to our email list for scheduling/booking. Private workouts are only scheduled one week in advance.

  • Year Round Training

  • Price:

  • Individual: $75/workout

  • Group: $40/athlete/workout

What do you suggest for training? 

It depends on each athlete, but we suggest both private and group workouts. There are benefits to individual training so athletes can focus on their own specific needs. There are also benefits to group training so athletes are making game-like decisions in live play situations against other competitive athletes. We highly suggest pairing individual and group training simultaneously for best results/development.

What age do you start with?

We train 3rd grade boys and girls up to college/pro men and women.

*Athletes should have prior basketball experience before working with us. If not, please contact us first.

What groups do you train?

1. 3rd-5th Boys & Girls / Year Round

2. 6th-8th Boys / Year Round

3. 6th-12th Girls / Spring, Summer, Fall

4. HS Boys / Spring, Summer, Fall

5. College/Pro Women / Spring, Summer

6. College/Pro Men / Spring, Summer
