ANKENY HAWKETTE WORKOUTS

HOW DOES IT WORK?

1.) Go to our scheduling/booking website HERE.

2.) Create an Account or Login.

3.) Select the "Schedule Group Workouts" Tab.

4.) Choose the date by selecting the calendar icon that you want to schedule/book.

5.) Select the "Schedule/Book" button for the "Ankeny Hawkettes HS Girls" workout at 3:15pm. 

6.) You will have two options here. You can book one workout by selecting the "Schedule/Book Workout" button or you can book multiple/recurring workouts by selecting the "Schedule/Book Recurring Workouts" button. 

7.) It should direct you to the Services page. Select either the "Drop In" workout for one workout or the "5 Workouts (3rd-12th Boys & Girls)" for the 5 workout package.

8.) Checkout / complete the payment. Use “HAWKETTES2025” in the promotion code box for 20% off. 

9.) Make sure to purchase the workouts and then also book into ALL of the workouts that the athlete is coming to so that we know who is coming to each workout.

10.) Show up and workout!
